Saint Christopher 12K Gold filled
For over 200 years, metal craftsmen have known the art of mechanically bonding gold to a reinforcing metal producing Gold Filled material. Its layer of precious metal provides many of the desirable features of solid Karat Gold. The precious metal is here you see it and wear it. And the layer of reinforcing metal makes it more economical. To be marked “gold filled”, the gold karat must be 10 or better and the layer of gold at least 1/20th of the total metal weight.
